Unauthorized Access to the System of the Overseas Subsidiary

Tokyo, Japan – December 3, 2025: FCL Components Limited (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Kenji Komatsu) has confirmed that unauthorized access to the server used by our subsidiary “FCL COMPONENTS (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD.” (hereinafter “FCM”) has occurred on Monday, December 1, 2025.

FCM, in cooperation with the FCL Components Group, external experts, the police, and local authorities, immediately initiated measures to investigate the impact of the incident and resolve the situation.

FCL Components will disclose further information on its website as soon as it becomes clear that there are matters that need to be announced. FCL Components and FCM sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause to all parties concerned.
