With this slogan, FCL Components, formerly Takamisawa Denki Shokai, started manufacturing relays, —truly "Small Devices", over 100 years ago. Later, we expanded our portfolio by inheriting thermal printers, touch panels, and wireless modules from Fujitsu’s Electronic Device division.

As an electronic component manufacturer, we offer a wide range of electronic parts and modules, including relays. Over the years, we have earned the trust of our customers through design, development, and sales of products that help "Create The Future".

Our relays hold the No. 1 market share in the industrial machinery and communication market, and they continue to gain strong recognition in growing areas such as automotive and IoT communication devices. We also offer a comprehensive range of relays featuring a small footprint and high capacity, meeting the increasing market demand for high voltage and high current applications. This capability allows us to respond quickly and effectively to global efforts toward carbon neutrality. Our relays are widely used in green energy applications, including EV/PHVs and storage batteries, which play an increasingly important role in society.

We are pleased to announce that we have transferred our “multi-product” business—which includes thermal printers, touch panels, and wireless modules—as well as our EMS operations to the Meiko Group. With this transition, we are repositioning ourselves as a specialized manufacturer of relays.
By concentrating our resources on relays, we aim to deepen our market insight and technical expertise. We remain committed to supporting the growth of our customers' businesses and contributing to the sustainable growth of the industry as a whole.
