Chikuma Tsushin Kogyou Transfers Its Stocks
Fujitsu Component Limited (Head office: Tokyo, Japan, President and Representative Corporate Officer, CSO : Masahiro Kinoshita) announced its subsidiary Chikuma Tsushin Kogyo (Head office : Saku, Nagano, President and Representative Director : Yoshinori Kurata) transfered its stock to MCS Limited. (Head office : Saku, Nagano, Representative Director : Soichi Hashiba).
Chikuma Tsushin Kogyo have beendoing business as a core company that supplies relay partsfor Fujitsu Components Group.
Fujitsu Component and Chikuma Tsushin will continue to maintain the collaborative relationship after the stock transfer.
