Fujitsu Component Transfers Part of Its Connector Business
Fujitsu Component Limited (Head office: Tokyo, Japan, President and Representative Corporate Officer, CSO : Masahiro Kinoshita) announced it has concluded the contract of transferring part of its connector business to OTAX CO.,LTD. (Head office: Kanagawa, Japan, President CEO: Shukei Tomita ) on July 1st, 2020.
1. Details of business transfer
A set of production equipment, dies for molding, press molds, technical assets including intellectual property rights of part of connector business.

360 series connectors
370 series connectors
And other connectors
